Body
Iron, miles, and the decision to show up when no one is watching. Physical capacity is the first discipline. A warrior who will not train will not last.
Hold the Line. Built for those who defend, serve, and sacrifice.
Apparel for the line

Build body, mind, and spirit.
Last Line Strength exists to forge elite-level resilience in the warriors who defend, serve, and sacrifice, and in those who stand with them, by building strength in body, mind, and spirit.
01 — The work
Body, mind, and spirit are the three cornerstones. They lean on each other. This started as fitness. All three are equal now — in the gym, under pressure, and before God.
Iron, miles, and the decision to show up when no one is watching. Physical capacity is the first discipline. A warrior who will not train will not last.
Clarity under pressure. The same resolve that holds a line in the dark holds a household, a team, a calling. Train the mind so fear does not get the vote.
Faith is the spine, not the slogan. Power, love, and self-discipline — not a spirit of fear. Christian spiritual strength for men who still believe the Word is enough.
03 — Who it’s for
If you defend, serve, or stand with those who do — this is built for you.
01
Active duty, veterans, the ones who still train after the patch comes off. Infantry to support. The last line between a people and an enemy.
02
Cops, fire, EMS. The ones who run toward the problem on a Tuesday night when no camera is rolling. Service with a badge, a hose, or a kit.
03
Families. Teammates. Civilians who refuse to sit the fight out. If you hold the line at home, in the church, or beside someone who serves — there is a place here.
Last Line Strength started while Garret was still a cop, in the middle of the FBI hiring process. First run of tees went out at his PD. People liked them.
After the Army he struggled — physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. Fitness and health rebuilt him. That slipped. This is a rebuilding phase. Document the grind. He is not here to impress anyone.
